Here at www.fancydress247.com we believe in offering easy to use delivery options in order to meet your desired delivery date at the lowest cost option to suit.
We have a range of delivery option available on the pull down menu of the shipping & handling section. You will be able to choose your selection as you checkout.
As we have a very large range of fancy dress it is possible that the item you require isn't in our warehouse ready for dispatch. We will always try are best t to ensure your item is with you in time for your event. It would be helpful if you would let us know the date your item is needed when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
If you pefer you may collect your items at our retail shop One Stop Parties in Northenden.

Guarantee Returns Policy.
All goods purchased from Onestopparties may be returned for refund, subject to the terms below within 7 days after they have received the goods. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF RETURNED AFTER THIS TIME! Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Wigs or Underwear cannot be returned for any reason due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty & unworn. If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them to us within 7 days by RECORDED DELIVERY (as described above) for either an exchange, credit note or refund less a 25% restocking. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totaling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference.
Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note OR refund.
All returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. with original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed. Any returns that are not received in this way will NOT be refunded and will be held pending contact. No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us. Please allow up to 28days for any refunds to appear on the card paid by.
